Content review and change log

This page records how TOOOLBOX decides what is ready for the public sitemap, what remains unpublished, and what was checked after a meaningful release. It is not an approval claim or a substitute for Google's review. It gives readers a verifiable route from a tool result to its method, source, limitation, owner, and correction path.

Current public inventory

Counts below refer to the reviewed URLs currently exposed through each sitemap. A larger private route inventory is not evidence of more publisher value, so drafts and operational screens are not included.

What a public-page review checks

01 · Rendered publisher content

A public page must deliver its purpose, assumptions, limitations, and primary text in the first HTML response. A loading label, empty client shell, account screen, or operational health screen is not treated as editorial content.

02 · Distinct user task

Every indexed page must help a reader complete a task that is meaningfully different from the surrounding pages. Swapping a city, species, price, or keyword inside the same template is not enough.

03 · Source and interpretation

Public data is identified separately from a TOOOLBOX calculation or interpretation. Guides link to the responsible public source when a decision depends on a stocking record, streamgage, forecast, tax rule, housing transaction, or management-cost record.

04 · Worked example and uncertainty

Decision guides show an input, the calculation or verification step, and what could make the result wrong. Missing data stays missing instead of being converted into a favorable assumption.

05 · Navigation and index signals

A reviewed URL must return successfully, use its canonical host, remain reachable from relevant navigation, and appear in the correct sitemap. Draft, duplicate, private, payment, and machine-oriented screens are kept out of search.

06 · Visible ownership and corrections

Pages identify TOOOLBOX as publisher, show review dates where readers would expect them, and provide a correction route. A useful correction includes the affected URL, disputed value or sentence, and the official source that should be checked.

What is intentionally excluded

Exclusion does not mean that every route is permanently abandoned. It means an unfinished or repetitive route is not presented to readers or search engines as if it were finished publisher content.

Dated change log

August 27, 2026

Source-led decision guides and full public-page review

  • Published three FINVECTOR guides for reading stocking schedules, USGS streamgages, and weekend weather decisions.
  • Published two MOVE guides for job-offer verification and rent/commute sensitivity.
  • Published two APT guides for transaction evidence and post-purchase cash reserves.
  • Verified server-rendered text, canonical URLs, index signals, internal navigation, Article data, and source links on all seven pages.
  • Kept unpublished programmatic and approval-hidden routes excluded rather than increasing page count with near-duplicate templates.

August 26, 2026

Low-value surface reduction

  • Replaced FINVECTOR's loading-only entry response with a complete evidence-led landing page.
  • Separated MOVE's English trust, methodology, source, FAQ, contact, privacy, and terms content from the APT host.
  • Removed weak automated city, comparison, checkout, affiliate, and unfinished subscription surfaces from the public review path.
  • Aligned privacy disclosures with analytics, advertising cookies, consent choices, and the actual publisher configuration.

August 20–25, 2026

Tool-network documentation and trust structure

  • Added dedicated descriptions for what each tool calculates, where its data comes from, and where its result stops being reliable.
  • Published responsible-publisher, editorial-policy, source-library, correction, privacy, and terms routes.
  • Reduced the main guide inventory to the manually reviewed set while retaining drafts outside navigation and the sitemap.

Publisher and correction route

TOOOLBOX is an owner-operated tool and editorial network. It does not present itself as a licensed financial, tax, legal, engineering, weather, wildlife-management, or real-estate advisory service. The publishing role is to keep inputs, calculations, public sources, and uncertainty visible enough for a reader to perform the next official check.

Read the responsible publisher statement, editorial policy, and source library. Corrections can be sent to lostlastlove@gmail.com with the page URL and supporting source.
