2026-09-08

Restored apartment lookup and verified the live fishing map

  • Migrated APT's apartment list, building details and management-cost requests to the current official K-APT service contracts. The Gwacheon list now returns 20 complexes and a named complex resolves to its official address.
  • Some management-cost services still deny requests. APT now distinguishes failed sources from absent data, stops repeating denied requests across older months, and labels incomplete amounts as partial sums.
  • Added a separate, local calculation using the reader's actual management bill and long-term repair charge. Empty fields remain unknown; user-entered figures are not presented as official observations.
  • Tightened apartment matching so a weak name or a single unrelated result cannot assign another building's management bill.
  • Verified FINVECTOR in a graphics-capable browser: the map rendered, five recommendations loaded, Trillium Lake opened its analysis, and reducing the radius to 50 miles produced two recommendations.
  • Rechecked all 43 main and FINVECTOR sitemap pages and 22 retired URLs. Public pages passed metadata and link checks; retired routes retained 410 Gone and noindex. This crawl does not measure Google indexing or constitute a human editorial sign-off.

2026-09-08

Checked interactive analyses in the deployed preview

  • Final discovery checks found a withdrawn subscription link in FINVECTOR's own llms.txt. Removed it, replaced operational discovery links with the public evidence guides, and made the withdrawn /subscribe URL return 410 Gone with noindex.
  • Made shared TOOOLBOX navigation point directly to the main domain, so its home link also reaches TOOOLBOX when used from the FINVECTOR host.
  • Verified that changing loan principal updates the balance graph and payment ledger; checked MOVE rent sensitivity and reset; confirmed that the observation-age control withholds stale or not-yet-available records.
  • Reduced oversized Decision Note headlines to a readable article scale while retaining the shared navigation and corrected related-case cards.
  • Aligned the expanded MOVE question, data status and boundaries with the full tax, FICA and household-cost replay so the page no longer describes the whole analysis as federal-tax-only.
  • Confirmed the source-research fallback in a browser without graphics support and made its FINVECTOR guide destinations explicit. Full map ranking was not verified in that browser.

Added observed tool replays and corrected review claims

  • Added an observed APT transaction-screen replay, including the distinction between cash as a percentage of the search ceiling and cash as a percentage of one property's price. Recorded the failed management-cost lookup as unknown rather than supplying an invented bill.
  • Extended the HF term comparison with an interactive first-decade balance chart, principal repayment and interest ledger.
  • Reproduced a public Dallas-to-Seattle MOVE result, exposed the configured regional spending multiplier, and added editable rent, spending and moving-cost sensitivity with payback and fixed-assumption time horizons.
  • Reopened the dated USGS response, preserved four provisional observations, and added an interactive timestamp gate with explicit hypothetical freshness limits. Published a downloadable provenance record.
  • Corrected the CDFW conclusion's leftover January date and fixed workspace buttons that led to documentation instead of the named live tools.
  • Removed unsupported claims of final human fact-checking from About, Publisher, the editorial policy and FINVECTOR. Article bylines and technical-check dates now state AI assistance; no human sign-off is inferred from authorization to publish.
  • Added a useful source-research fallback when the FINVECTOR map cannot initialize graphics or load its base page. A failed map no longer leaves an unexplained recommendation skeleton.
  • Changed the homepage to introduce four detailed starting cases and link to the full collection. Kept all retired URL and operational indexing rules in place.

2026-09-07

Removed the final retired-content source and fixed noindex discovery

  • Deleted the remaining 5,000-plus lines of withdrawn household-template source data so those pages cannot be accidentally republished from dormant content modules.
  • Removed robots.txt blocks for FINVECTOR operational and legacy internal URLs; crawlers can now reach their redirects or X-Robots-Tag noindex responses.
  • Kept API routes blocked from crawling and kept all retired public content families on permanent 410 Gone responses.
  • Rechecked the public indexing set, host-specific discovery files, redirect targets, and operational noindex headers before publication.

Made the original nine worked cases explicitly reviewed

  • Recomputed the mortgage, housing-tenure, relocation, payback, reweighting, and proxy examples in Decision Notes 01–09; no arithmetic errors were found.
  • Replaced number-based automatic layout assignment with an explicit editorial format selected for each question.
  • Added a current access date and a narrower role description to every official source used by the original nine notes.
  • Added three case-specific verification checks to each note so the public record states what was recalculated, classified, and kept outside the conclusion.
  • Refreshed the CDFW week-window case to a September 13–19 schedule row that remained publicly reproducible on the review date.

Removed retired page implementations and made dated evidence reproducible

  • Deleted the route implementations for the retired household guides, guide hubs, Gear, Plans, Partners, affiliate disclosure, and withdrawn subscription page; their public URL families continue to return permanent 410 Gone responses.
  • Replaced overwrite-prone BLS and BEA links with the permanent dated releases used by the July 2026 labor and 2024 regional-price cases.
  • Attached the FINVECTOR gage-height case to a time-bounded USGS API response that preserves the displayed value, unit, provisional qualifier, station, and timestamp.
  • Crawled all 38 sitemap URLs and their internal targets: every indexed URL returned 200 with one H1 and a self-canonical; no duplicate titles, duplicate descriptions, or broken internal links were found.

Clarified scenario provenance and review responsibility

  • Added explicit publication dates and data-status labels to the original nine Decision Notes instead of relying on page-level fallbacks.
  • Reworded source sections so official context is not presented as the source of illustrative scenario values.
  • Separated human accountability from AI-assisted drafting, implementation, arithmetic recomputation, and source-link checks on every note.
  • Added a direct path from each frozen worked example to its corresponding live workspace for reader-controlled reproduction.

Retired the remaining legacy URL families

  • Changed removed multilingual calculator, blog, household-guide, guide-hub, affiliate, plan, partner, and Gear routes from generic 404 responses to explicit 410 Gone responses with X-Robots-Tag noindex headers.
  • Kept retired URLs out of both XML and LLM discovery files and removed stale links from global navigation.
  • Aligned Contact, Privacy, and Terms pages with the live APT, MOVE, and FINVECTOR scope instead of the withdrawn household-template and affiliate content.
  • Search Console removal requests remain an external account action; the permanent server-side removal signal is now in place for recrawling.

Expanded the public site to 24 reviewed decision analyses

  • Removed all 69 household-template guides and their three hubs from public navigation and the XML sitemap; the routes were first withheld with 404 responses and were permanently retired with 410 responses on September 3.
  • Expanded Decision Notes from nine to 24: eight APT, eight MOVE, and eight FINVECTOR analyses.
  • Added 15 source-backed notes using current HF, MOLIT, IRS, SSA, BEA, BLS, USGS, CDFW, NYSDEC, and NWS records or documented data rules.
  • Introduced five editorial structures—walkthrough, comparison, threshold test, data audit, and evidence timeline—so the question determines the article form.
  • Added page-level source access dates, data-status labels, unique review IDs, owner-authorized release scope, and page-specific preparation checks.
  • Updated the homepage, About, Responsible Publisher, Editorial Policy, Sources, and sitemap to match the live tool network.
  • AdSense reapplication remains on hold until deployment, crawlability, indexing scope, and public-page quality are rechecked.
