RESPONSIBLE PUBLISHER
One accountable operator, not an invented expert desk.
TOOOLBOX is independently operated. The owner-developer is responsible for the product scope, calculation logic, source registry, publication decision, corrections, and the distinction between what a tool calculates and what a user still needs to verify elsewhere.
Publisher responsibilities
- Define each tool's decision question and prevent unrelated content from becoming its public identity.
- Verify formulas with reproducible examples and test edge cases before publishing changes.
- Identify official source roles, date precision, gaps, and update failures.
- Label user assumptions, calculated outputs, proxies, and editorial rankings separately.
- Review correction reports and update the public change log when a material issue is confirmed.
AI-assistance disclosure
AI tools can assist with drafts, research organization, code review, and consistency checks. They do not independently approve publication and are not presented as licensed professionals. The human publisher reviews the final page and accepts responsibility for what remains online.
How owner involvement and verification are evidenced
- Every Decision Note displays a unique review ID and review date.
- Official sources display the date on which the publication workflow accessed and checked them.
- The owner-authorized release scope is separated from the page-specific technical checks completed during preparation.
- Each new data note lists recalculation, source-role, and claim-boundary checks without presenting them as licensed professional review.
- Material changes are summarized in the public review log and correction requests use one persistent contact channel.
The public role is “TOOOLBOX site owner and developer.” No personal legal name, degree, licence, employer, or professional credential is implied.
Expertise boundary
TOOOLBOX does not claim professional authority in lending, tax, law, real estate brokerage, fisheries biology, navigation, or public-land access. Official sources and qualified professionals remain the authority for those decisions.
