Welcome to the Tooolbox Terms of Use. These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tooolbox and users regarding the use of the Tooolbox website and related services (hereinafter "Services").

1. Effect and Amendment of Terms

These terms become effective upon their announcement to all users who wish to use the Services.
Tooolbox may amend these terms within the scope not violating relevant laws. In case of amendment, Tooolbox will announce the effective date and reason for amendment along with the current terms.
Users who do not agree to the changed terms may stop using the Services and withdraw. If a user continues to use the Services after the effective date of the changed terms, it will be deemed as agreement to the changed terms.

2. Provision of Services

Tooolbox provides users with various calculators and related information.
In principle, the Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Tooolbox may temporarily suspend the Services due to regular maintenance, equipment repair, communication equipment inspection, and other necessary reasons for stable service provision.

3. Restrictions on Service Use

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially utilizing information obtained through the Services without prior consent from Tooolbox.
Stealing or fraudulently using another person's personal information.
Interfering with or delaying the stable operation of the Services.
Other acts that violate relevant laws or interfere with Tooolbox's operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tooolbox does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, or facts posted on the Services, and is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the Services.
Tooolbox is exempt from responsibility for providing Services if it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute between Tooolbox and a user regarding the use of the Services, it shall be resolved by mutual agreement in principle.
If an agreement is not reached, a lawsuit may be filed in accordance with relevant laws.

6. Miscellaneous

Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
