Tooolbox collects minimal personal information necessary for service provision. Currently, Tooolbox does not offer membership registration and does not directly collect personally identifiable information.

In principle, Tooolbox destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be retained accordingly.

4. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

Collected personal information is transferred to a separate DB (or separate document box for paper records) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period, and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate DB will be retained for the legally required period and then completely deleted.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Tooolbox does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

When users have given prior consent.
When required by law, or when investigative agencies request it in accordance with legal procedures and methods for investigation purposes.

6. Efforts to Protect Personal Information

Tooolbox makes the following efforts to safely protect users' personal information:

Stores and manages personal information by encrypting it.
Restricts access rights to personal information to a minimum number of personnel.
Takes immediate response and recovery measures in the event of a personal information breach.

7. Installation/Operation and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

Tooolbox uses cookies to provide personalized and customized services. A cookie is a small text file that a server used to operate a website sends to the user's browser and is stored on the user's computer.

Purpose of using cookies: To provide optimized information to users.
Cookie installation/operation and refusal: Users have the right to choose whether to install cookies. By setting options in the web browser, users can allow all cookies or reject them.
